How do I get updates for newer versions of Patent Caddie?

Patent Caddie Provisional India is a software application designed to assist users in drafting provisional patent applications for filing in Indian. As it is designed for India, it follows the Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, and Format laid down by the Indian Patent Office.

Yes, as Patent Caddie is a desktop application, your data is always safe and secure. Please be advised, as a precaution, not to disclose your system password to anyone.
What are the different types of licenses available? Patent Caddie currently offers three types of licenses, viz.:
Annual License: Designed to suit users who draft more than a couple of applications a year. This license will be valid for a period of one year from the date of activation.

How many times can I download Patent Caddie software?
There is no restriction on the number of times you download Patent Caddie, but the software will work only if you enter a valid serial key.
How many times can I get a serial key for a trial version?
A serial key can be obtained only once and is valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of activation.
Can I draft claims on Patent Caddie Provisional India?

What modes of payment do you accept? All payments are to be made to Verist Business Research Pvt. Ltd. Verist accepts the following modes of payments:
Credit Card/ Debit Card
Cash (only for Clients residing in India)
Demand Draft (only for Clients residing in India)
Cheques
Serial Key will be provided only after clearance of payment, if made through Cheque or Demand Draft.
Can I make cash payment and whom should I make the payment?
Cash payments are accepted from clients residing in India. The Clients can make their payment at our office (Verist Business Research Pvt. Ltd., B-41 Nizamuddin East, New Delhi 110013, India) either directly or through their authorized agents.
ATTENTION: Verist will not accept any cash payments outside our office or through any other mode.

We currently use third party payment gateways CCAvenue (www.ccavenue.com) and 2checkout (www.2checkout.com) for processing Credit Card payments. Being directed to these sites is a part of the payment process.
